Living in Innsbrook, MO

The Innsbrook community took root in the 1970s. Today the neighborhood is comprised of not just vacation homes but also primary residences, second homes and condos. Not only has Innsbrook been managed by the same developers for 40 years, they also live within the community. They are proud of the fact that their patrons can call them neighbors which is something that most developments cannot claim.

As Innsbrook is primarily a resort community, it doesn’t sustain its own school system. Rather it is part of the Wright City and Warren County school districts. However, the Wright City district is the major district for the area. Both districts offer small student to teacher ratios, at approximately 15:1, as well as schooling for all education levels up to and including high school age.
